Statement-Written or Recorded
Comprehensive in-person interview focus on all issues relevent. If requested, recorded statements will be transcribed. Additional statements taken in the immediate area, at the same time other statements will be charged at reduced rate. 4 hour minimum, tolls parking extra. If necessary, we have translators available (Prices from $75 per hr. 3 hrs minimum).
Accident Investigation and Police Report verification
Accident scene photos and diagrams if requirred. If requested, statements taken at the time of the investigation/location conducted. Verify Police Reports at station house -if available, copy obtained (chrg as per copy). 4 hours minimum + parking, tolls.
Vehicle Inspection-Direct contact
In-person meeting with subject to obtain documentation/statements, photos and measurement of vehicle damage. Digital Photos are provided, diagrams will be produced. Discreet inspections are also charged hourly 4 hour minimum, parking and tolls extra.
Adverse Operators and/or Witness canvass
In-personal canvass of area to seek out and attempt to obtain statements of Adverse/Witnesses and/or obtain pertinent information. If accident scene is in immediate area, investigator will view and report/photos and basic diagram. - 4 hour minimum, 60 miles total, parking and tolls extra.
Medical Clinic Inspections and/or Surveillance
Verify clinic existence, record retrival, interior inspection, (Including license numbers, personal, equipment, appearance and upkeep)(Surveillance-treatment time, clinic activities). Photos. Tolls, parking extra.

Visit to Debtors location as per Client request presenting notification to Debtor of Investigation. Advising Debtor that this investigator will be making inquiries with the County Tax Assessor, UCC Filing, Liens and judgments, searches and locating all monies, stock bonds, securities or deposits with any financial institutions. Additionally, we will be making inquiries into trades and bank records as well as developing a list of possible business relationships and transactions and contacting the State Attorney General’s office regarding any complaints concerning business practices.
